Sunset Rooftop Yoga & Kom-BOO-cha Tasting

Get ready to flow and have some fun at Sunset Rooftop Yoga, hosted by Casey John Fry at TruFusion Post Oak! This special October edition will kick off TruFusion's Halloween season. Costumes are highly encouraged. Prizes will be given our for costume participation.

Your evening begins with a revitalizing breathwork session led by Casey, followed by a powerful vinyasa practice that will get your body moving and your energy flowing. As the sun sets, we’ll cool down and stretch out, leaving you feeling refreshed and centered.

Afterward, stick around to sip and socialize with a kombucha tasting (featuring both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options) and light bites - perfect for winding down and enjoying the rooftop views.

This isn’t just any yoga class - it’s an experience! With Halloween vibes in full swing, you can come in costume for a chance to win some fun prizes. Plus, the kombucha tasting adds a unique twist to your post-yoga cool-down, offering a social and relaxed atmosphere to meet other participants.

Tickets are $30 for the public and $20 for TruFusion members - a great deal for a full evening of yoga, community, and refreshments!
