My name is Casey John Fry. Thank you for giving your time and energy to learn more about the yoga-based programs and services that I offer!

As a certified personal trainer and yoga teacher, I am passionate about helping you achieve your fitness goals through a holistic approach that includes mind, body and spirit. I blend movement and mindset coaching, grounded in the principles and practices of yoga, to guide you in creating the change you seek. "What you seek, is seeking you." - Rumi

 

I offer a wide-range of wellness services from private yoga instruction to customized nutrition plans, strength training to peer support groups, meditation to flexibility training. OUR LOCATION

Uptown-Galleria Area of Houston

Many of my in-person programs and services are offered out of TruFusion Post Oak, located in the heart of the Uptown-Galleria area of Houston, Texas. This 17,000 square foot, high-end facility provides a peaceful and welcoming holistic health environment as well as a luxurious experience for members and guests. Whether you’re coming in for a public yoga class, private mediation session or a functional fitness workout, TruFusion has all of the necessary equipment and amenities to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

 

I also offer in-home services, corporate wellness and community pop-ups.

You don’t live in Houston? That’s ok, I have virtual options available!
